- Products must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories.
- Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

- Ship the product back to us at your cost unless the return is due to our error or product fault.
4.4 Refunds & Exchanges

- If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit/exchange, within [Y] business days.
